The visit to Tian'anmen Square in Beijing was an amazing experience. The history and the art behind this amazing square was fantastic. Although, it seemed remarkable I am sadden knowing that blood was shed ed on its grounds. When speaking to our tour guide it seemed that the government intentionally removed history by not having any signage to inform tourist that nearly 3,000 people had died and 10,000 were injured on this famous landmark during a political protest in 1989.
